Should you encounter an issue, contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your item(s). Include your order number and a photo of any damage, and we’ll swiftly work to restore balance.
Before you cast your order, confirm your shipping details! If you discover an error, please email us promptly. Once your package departs, rerouting is not possible, however if it returns to our haven, we can happily reship it (please note, additional shipping fees may apply).

We gather and dispatch our offerings Tuesday through Friday. Most orders are processed and begin their journey the same day or by the next sunrise.
